Vilnius is a booming real estate market. Almost every week a new development is started. So for suburban development like “Karaliaučiaus slėnis” started in 2015 it’s hard to stay interesting and sell homes in constantly growing block.
To make it interesting again we had to look for unconventional idea and grab the attention of the potential home buyers with anything but the usual cliches. So we sold a door mat for 108 000 euros. The bonus? It comes with a new flat.
Ads grabbed attention immediately and outperformed previous campaigns almost overnight. And all this by spending even less than usual.
