Vilnius has a booming real estate market, where seemingly every week there is a new development starting construction. For suburban developers like “Karaliaučiaus slėnis,” which started in 2015, it is difficult to stay relevant and sell homes on a constantly expanding block.
To make buying interesting again, we had to come up with an unconventional idea to grab the attention of potential home buyers, with anything but the usual cliches. We decided to sell a door mat for 108,000 euros. Why you might ask? The bonus is it comes with a new flat.
The ads grabbed immediate attention and outperformed previous campaigns almost overnight. All this was achieved even by spending less than usual.
