The new business centre’s architectural solutions build on stories of the ceramic industry that once thrived here, the first glassworks in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and traditions of sustainable gardening. On today’s horizon, Sand Offices rises as a solid foundation for forward-thinking businesses, offering needed comfort and peace amidst the bustling city.

The visual identity, too, embodies all these qualities, with a logo as monumental as the building’s architecture, a cosy palette of natural earthy tones, typography that is clear but full of character, and principles of composition that lend an air of spaciousness. Based on the visual identity, we built a website, brick by brick, and a range of print and digital materials.
