ŠIAULIŲ BANKAS is a long-time sponsor of the DAKAR rally race team AGRORODEO. Usually, race team sponsorship is limited to a logo on the car and the team’s uniform. In the end, the brand gets lost in a sea of other logos. Having this in mind, we decided to transform this sponsorship into a wild product demo. Right before the start of the DAKAR race, we presented a video showing the AGRORODEO team preparing for the race and testing their car as a contactless payment card. Our goal was not only to highlight the benefits of contactless payments, but to communicate the brand philosophy – being closer to clients.
